How long do I leave a nose patch on?

At least 6 hours, or overnight. The patch turns cloudy as it absorbs, which shows it's working.

How often can I use them?

Most people use one 2–3 times a week. If your skin feels irritated, take a break for a few days.

Are they OK for sensitive skin?

Hydrocolloid is gentle, but everyone's skin is different. Test on a small area first and never use on broken or irritated skin.

Where do you ship from?
